The prices and 'Free Shipping' are changing on September 1st. There is a currently running sale of 5% on many items that include free shipping. The 5% sale was a test to see if it attracted more attention, not necessarily sales.
VCFMW has a long list of people on the waiting list for tables. I have purchased three. I have one person committed to bringing their gear and expertise. Now, I can easily cover 3 tables myself with gear. But, I cannot attend to them. The deadline to express interest in bringing your Gear, Expertise and Enthusiasm to MDCon MidWest will now be Friday, August 15th. After that date if no further interest is expressed, I shall release a table back to them for their extensive waiting list of exhibitors.
